Banele Khoza "Seeking Love"

2017 Gerard Sekoto Award Winner, Banele Khoza's collection of works reflects the complex nature of love, how important it is to acknowledge the hearts' desires and to also learn self-love – which he wants people to walk away from the exhibition thinking about.

“This exhibition is an open love letter to whoever is
watching or reading my work – also to God/All/The
universe. I am confessing that I am ready, and I am
letting go of the search." --- Khoza.

The exhibition opens to the public on Thursday 1 August at 6pm and is on view from 2 - 21 August 9h00 - 15h00 (weekdays).

A walkabout with the artist will be held on Friday 2 August, 1pm - 2pm.
