The Visual Arts Department in the School of Music, Art and Design invites you to attend:
WE ARE
An exhibition showcasing student work from the COLLAB workshop with visiting performance artist Sethembile Msezane.
Second and third year visual arts students from fine art, fashion, graphic design, textiles and photography have worked together to produce collaborative art and design. The work on show speak to topics that resonate with Sethembile Msezane’s work, namely: history, heritage and memory, the narratives of public space, performativity of identity, and gendered bodies.
